Holiday Home Near Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii

Thank you very much for the apartment. It is in a good area and very close to a nearby train station with good connections. The check-in was very friendly and all questions were answered. We had a very good time.

We had an amazing stay, everything we needed was available and easy walking access to beaches and stations.

Gaëtano is really kind, very helpful. we were very well received. The apartment is very clean and nice. The terrace is a real plus.

We had a lovely stay at Gaetano’s apartment and would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to visit an authentic Italian town. It was a lovely break for us from city hoping and we found the apartment super relaxing!! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We just loved our time here. It was perfect for my daughter and I. We are city dwellers so we loved the location. We can appreciate all of the little extra touches. The neighbors were kind and greeted us when coming and going. We felt safe and loved the proximity to Naples and Sorrento. Thanks so much Gaetano for making our Holiday special.

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno qui. Era perfetto per me e mia figlia. Siamo abitanti della città, quindi ci è piaciuta molto la posizione. Possiamo apprezzare tutti i piccoli tocchi in più. I vicini sono stati gentili e ci hanno accolto quando sono andati e venuti. Ci siamo sentiti al sicuro e ci è piaciuta la vicinanza a Napoli e Sorrento. Grazie mille Gaetano per aver reso speciale la nostra vacanza.

Lovely place with a terrace to enjoy a meal or glass of wine 🍷 friendly and helpful hosts. Close to public transport and groceries. Gladly returning another time 🙂

Really nice and clean with a big balcony! We used public transport and took about 30 minutes to get to Pompeii and maybe 30 minutes to get to Sorrento, depending on timing with the buses and trains.

Gætano was a brilliant host. He was very welcoming to all of us and provided all of the essential information. Communication was quick and easy. Sadly we got caught in the rain during our vacation but Gætano also provided umbrellas for each of us which was a lovely gesture. Easy transport links, with the tramline located a 1 minute walk away (easy to get to Pompeii and Vesuvius). I would be very happy to return again and would happily recommend the holiday home to others!

Apartment very well located, close to shops and public transport (circumvesuviana, airport shuttle). Very well equipped accommodation (everything was there), plus a large roof terrace, also equipped. Warm welcome from the host and his availability. Gaetano is a very attentive person, concerned about the comfort of his customers. On arrival, delicate attention, on the table awaited us a bottle of rosé wine, a bottle of sparkling water and a salad bowl filled with madeleines. Also worth mentioning is the excellent pizzeria right next to the entrance to the building and the friendliness of its owners.

Everything perfect. From the handover to the cleanliness and equipment of the kitchen. Shops in the immediate vicinity: Pescheria 10m, Pizzeria Napolitana 20m, Panetteria 80m, Supermercado 100m and bar for the café directly opposite. Parking garage 400m for €12/day. . Mic and Mic Stuke

Gaetano was great with communication and check-in/check out went smoothly. It's a 10 min walk to the beach with plenty of stores/shops and cafes near by. Bar City (coffee shop) across the street is great and a restaurant called Mama Mia near the beach is also a really nice place to go. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Me and my husband stayed here for 3nights. Communication was always very good with fast response rates and the location was ideal to be away from the hustle of Sorrento but only took 25-30mins on a train which was ideal for us! the apartment has a beautiful private terrace at the top which we thoroughly enjoyed! Gaetano also had the fridge stocked with some water, juice and wine! He was absolutely lovely and came to say bye after checking out too. We would definitely recommend and visit again!

The accommodation was perfect, it had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. Great location near via Nocera station, close to supermarkets, pharmacy and local food shops. The owner was super helpful, we kept in touch the whole time.

The check-in experience was great. Gaetano was very helpful and suggested places for every occasion. The place was perfect and equipped with everything you need. The location was amazing, as well as close to pizzerias, supermarkets, and everything you could want. Overall the ideal stay for a trip to Sorrento or Pompeii.

Gaetano welcomed us into his "house in Stabia". The apartment is like the photos: nice, clean and well furnished. The apartment is located in a lively square with shops and traffic. The windows are very well insulated so you can't hear sounds from outside. It is very close to two railway stations and one of them is the circumvesuviana, with this train you can easily go to юi and Vesuvius. The city of Castellamare Stabia is a relaxed place. The swimming beach is about 20 minutes away on foot. Don't miss the evening promenade and the beautiful sunset.

Gaetano, the host, was very welcoming and friendly. He clarified that we could contact him for assistance during our stay The apartment is in a very central urban location in the city with the coast and sea view restaurants a 10 minute walk away and the nearest train station Via Nocera just 1 minute away. We were therefore easily able to visit via train - Pompeii, Vesuvious, Sorrento and other destinations along the coast. Access was also easy to visit the Amalfi Coast and Capri.

Fantastic warm welcome. Great location near train station for Naples, Vesuvius, Sorrento, ruins, cable car. Well insulated from noisy junction outside. Spotless. Great terrace for feeling the vibe of the city (a toned down version of central Naples).

The house is very close to the Via Nocera stop of the circumvesuviana, very convenient for going to Sorrento and the Pompeii excavations. In the house there are all the services and comforts, the terrace is very nice and well cared for. Gaetano, the owner, is available for advice upon arrival and during the stay and has left us a little thought upon arrival and departure. Advised!

The welcome from Lidia and Gaetano was truly unique: an Easter surprise for our little girl and a thought for us adults too. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and cleanliness is impeccable. It is also centrally located and very convenient: nearby there are numerous shops and a few minutes' walk will take you to the Circumvesuviana station which allows you to easily visit Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum. Fantastic terrace! Very fast and effective communication. Highly recommended !!!

Very well furnished small apartment with terrace. Located in a very lively area but the double glazing is great and we slept very well. A few meters from the Via Nocera station, very convenient for visiting the surroundings between Naples and Sorrento. Licia is very kind.

We stayed at Stabia Holiday House for 2 weeks. Our overall rating is easily a 5 starts. The communication with Gaetano was very smooth and easy since the beginning. Although our flight and arrival was quite late it was no problem for gaetano, he greeted us at the place late in the evening. The home itself was very clean and well maintained. The gas stove was very useful to make our morning coffee and cook a couple of meals. The air conditioning sure helped us cope with the warm weather. The location is amazing, 25m from a 24 hour coffee and bakery cafe, 50m from a super market and around 100m from the train stop. Everything was so close and even though it was central the sound isolating is top-notch so no worries with the traffic sound. I also felt safe in the surroundings, even coming home late at night. The place also has a roof terrace that has a beautiful view of mount faito, we had lovely breakfasts there and you also had facilities to sun bathe. Gaetano was extremely helpful. He replied swiftly to all our questions on where to eat, good places and where to go for certain things. He also made sure that we had what we needed and would suggest us if anything we needed was missing. All in all, Gaetano and his wife were very helpful and welcoming during our stay.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. They had arranged fresh fruits and water/juice for our arrival. Lovely big roof terrace. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Close to shops and good grocery stores nearby.

The apartment is ideally located for visiting the Naples area. The apartment is clean and a train station for Naples and Sorrento is right next door. Shop at the foot of the apartment. Gaetano is very nice.

Central and very clean and well-kept house. Large magnificent terrace. We easily reached Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano and Pompeii. We enjoyed visiting a destination every day. Very beautiful landscapes, beaches and sea. Very nice owners, I recommend this vacation rental. I also recommend the cable car that takes you to Mount Faito in 8 minutes: spectacular!

Beautiful house with terrace. We reached Sorrento and Amalfi easily. The house is central, clean and well organized. The terrace allowed us to enjoy magnificent moments. The owners are very nice and nice. I advise.

Very helpful and friendly hosts. The apartment is in excellent condition, clean, well furnished and central: attached to the Circumvesuviana station, close to supermarkets, but also well connected to visit the most touristic places. The best thing is the terrace located on the upper floor, with umbrella, deck chairs .. really well done, useful for relaxing or enjoying a nice lunch / dinner in peace and in the open air. Definitely we will be back.. I highly recommend this place!

The structure is a wedding favor located in a central area and complete with services. Inside it there was anything that could serve to satisfy our needs. Clean and welcoming. What makes it even more special is the huge and functional terrace. The owner was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Perfect holiday home, clean, comfortable and with a terrace. We had a great time visiting Capri, Amalfi, Sorrento. Both the port and the train station are close to the house, Gaetano was very kind. We will be back!

Beautiful holiday in Castellammare di Stabia in this brand new and spotless holiday home, with everything you need. Excellent location, shops, pizzerias all under the house (circumvesuviana train 100 meters). The super nice owner Gaetano advised us for the best. Do not miss the Stabiae ruins a few steps from the house. 10+

Modern furnished house, bright and clean. The owner was very kind and welcomed us and recommended the best for our short stay. The train stop is very convenient, about 100 meters from the house. Sorrento and Pompeii can be reached in a few minutes. Supermarkets and many shops just below the house. It has a terrace with plants, table, umbrella and beautiful beach beds. We will be back.
